Where is all the talk, must have been SME fans posting earlier, I would run and hide if I was them also. Getting beat by a weak OE team....Embarrassing!!!!!!!!!
Looks like ON way above the teams in league, a group of about 4-6 avg teams and then some non contenders.
Weak? OE had about a good a running game as ON usually has from what I heard about the game. Also, it's not like ON beat OE by that much, so I don't think I would call last night's lost "embarrassing" to a bad OE team. In addition, I'd like to note that Faerber was double teamed and even triple teamed the whole night. The Lancers put up a good fight for all the bad calls and injuries.
Eaglelover, you realize that you didn't really validate your opinion of ON being above the teams in the league, don't you? So far, ON has beaten a "weak OE team," and SMN, who really hasn't had a good team in a long time. So beating two weak teams makes ON better than every team in the league?

As a North Eagle I do believe that ON will come out on top. but SMN played alot better than what the final score showed. Though their offense couldn't really get started, the defense was able to stall ON until the second half like last year.
24 to 0 at halftime? that doesnt sound like much of a "stall" last year at halftime the indians were down only a touchdown 21 to 28

Point is ON destroyed one of teh so called better teams OE in week one, anyone who saw it agrees. For SME and OE to have a slug fest tells you they are a tier below the Eagles. The one dimensional SME team isn't what they though they were.

The ON @ SMW game will be very interesting, as of late, the only other teams on their schedule that look like they could be a problem are OS and LAW.

Footballrulze is comical. Obviously he watches from the sidelines or he could be on the SME debate team. Nonetheless it is painful for him to watch the Eagles soar once again. I go to Rockhurst, and I dare you to talk shit on us because we would rip the scrotums off of any of the teams in the Sunflower League. I like reading about SL football, and I have friends at SME.
