This game should be a blowout in Olathe North's favor. We'll see how much of the preseason hype has caught up with the Eagle players, if at all.

Lawrence has kept a low profile this offseason, despite returning what appears to be a pretty talented squad. This game will be the first played at Lawrence's new stadium.

Is this the year that SM South finally puts together a decent season? It remains to be seen, but on the other side of the ball SM Northwest will be fielding a backfield that does not include Bryce Atagi for the first time in four years.
