no one out of shawnee mission east??

I'm suprised there isn't much coming out of olathe east such as fulson and guiser??

Who knows, maybe their record was just a lucky break. You never know what to expect when National Signing Day coms around.

I can't believe how many people went to Coffeville and Fort Scott. I'm originaly from Fort Scott, but never payed attention to college football when I lived there. Now, it's my goal to be recruited by them in 3years since they were #2 nationwide in 2009. Even if they had a few rocky years at the beginning of the decade; I still look up to them.

Congratulations on all the kids and their signings. Just because they haven't signed yet (such as fulson and guiser, or kids from east), doesn't mean anything except they haven't made up their mind yet. They still have time to make a decision. Probably not going D-1 though, all their scholarship money is probably spent by now.

I didn't no there as a kid in Shawnee Mission South called Shawnee Mission West! lol

where's all the debates about players? I was hoping for some good arguements lol

I'm not completely sure about this, but I saw the coaches at ON takeout a Louisville jersey. They had a player try it on too. (This is the new jersey they have, so I know it isn't a coach's)

^to eaglefreshmen you was suppose to keep it a secret!
Where you damn loyalty?

Anonymous said...

Are you saying North is changing uniforms? Are they going to be Red? If that is the case that is terrible news...North is built on TRADITION!

Anonymous said...

John Schrock from Shawnee Mission East will be going to The university of Colorado as a preferred walk on and he has been told by coaches he will be competing for a starting position next year.

Anonymous said...

Good luck to John Schrock. Great player and leader.

EagleFreshman said...

@Jay- Hey, I didn't know **** about this "secret".

On the issue of weither or not Olathe North is changing uniforms. I have no idea is we are. At the risk of being called out by Jay, the coaches only said maybe. If we do change jerseys, I REALLY doubt the colors would be different from the original. Only the fabric should be changed.

Good luck to Schrock. That sounds like a questionable deal to me. Walk on but compete for a starting spot?? So basically your number 2 QB isn't assured a scholarship? Fishy Fishy

Anonymous said...

John's dad here. Compete, yes....starting spot - dont think so - at least not yet! Thanks for the well wishes - he is excited.

i feel sorry for everyone who went to fort scott it might be one of the worst ran programs really. the coaches are crazy and they have alot of bad charcter the player are allowed to do what they want as long as they are winning

EagleFreshman said...

How dare you speak ill of Fort Scott CC. Even if they do have a rocky program, they've completely changed their tone after 2005. I mean my god, they have finished in the top 10 3 times out of the last 5 years.

P.S.- I've almost never seen them do anything less than their best at practice or on the field. It's exactly that attitude that got them to the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP is 2009.
P.S.S.- The only team I really like as much as FSCC is Butler, they're just really good.

Its PPS not PSS and nobody cares about community college football.

EagleFreshman said...

Dude, every college has their own fanbase. Your just not a part of it.

Ja'Quan Brunt as well as Griff Gans (did not play SR and part of JR year) from Shawnee Mission East are also on scholarships to Fort Scott C.C.

eagles freshmen actually play varsity then talk

EagleFreshman said...

I don't know when I talked about Varsity except at the top. If you mean that one,I didn't mean it as an insult to their skill, I was just talking about how every team has a slip up (Like the first
ON vs.OE game)

Anonymous said...

LOL @ this crapping EagleFreshmen....highly doubtful that he is an Eagles player but a sissy fan.

EagleFreshman said...

hey jerkwad, I am a Olathe North Eagles Freshman football player...
Soon to be a Sophomore football player... I may not be the best, but I'm still an Eagle.

Anonymous said...

^LOL such a pathetic.

EagleFreshman said...

I don't why I'm making a deal out of this, your opinion doesn't effect me in any shape or form.

Anonymous said...

maybe you should stop commenting on this and hit the weight room so you dont have to ride the pine again all season. if i was on ur team and played i wouldnt want someone like you always taking about the team you dont really play on

EagleFreshman said...

whatever, I've never missed a practice, played in every game, and go to every form of conditioning. However, it's your choice on weither or not you believe me.

EagleFreshman said...

I guess the best way to try and prove I'm a player is by revealing my number...... #56, look it up at the Olathe North football page.

P.S.- I'm the 9th Grader (duh)

EagleFreshman said...

wow, Bandy, Swartz, and McPhaull might need to find new colleges... Nebraska-Omaha has supposedly ended its football program... completely.

Anonymous said...

9th grader? LOL that explain the whole thing!!!!
Such a pity!

EagleFreshman said...

Of course I'm a freshman! while the hell else would I put EagleFRESHMAN?!

Anonymous said...

^Boom. Roasted.

Glad that Kyle Swartz, Brent Guiser and Nick Bandy have all found good schools. All three of them will be playing in the KC Metro All-Star Football game on June 16th. Hope everyone stays healthy during the game and before their college careers get started. Metro Sports is going to be carrying the game but it is a great game to see in person.

It is evident to me that if you have a pulse you can sin to play at Hutch, Coffeyville, or Fort Scott. These programs will take anyone. They sign numerous kids who din't even start on a high school team.
